The evaluation typically includes standardized testing, clinical observations, and parent/caregiver input. Following the assessment, a detailed written report is provided, outlining findings and individualized recommendations to support the child’s functional development and participation in meaningful activities.  We then identify strengths and challenges and come up with a remediation plan with targeted strategies to help your child feel more confident and improve their skills in the classroom, home, and beyond.

Initial Evaluation: $200

This comprehensive evaluation is a thorough and individualized assessment designed to understand a child’s strengths, challenges, and unique needs in everyday activities. This evaluation looks at multiple areas of development and function to create a clear picture of how a child participates in daily tasks at home, school, and in the community.

Areas assessed include:

1:1 Individualized Instruction 60 minutes: $90

Our individualized  sessions are tailored to each child’s unique needs, as identified through their comprehensive evaluation. These 1:1 sessions are designed to target specific skill areas and help children gain confidence and independence in everyday activities.

Goals are personalized and guide each session, ensuring that every activity is purposeful, meaningful, and aligned with your child’s unique strengths and areas of need. Goals are developed from the evaluation results and regularly updated in collaboration with families to support steady progress and functional success.

Each session will include gross motor activities, games, and exercises to lay crucial foundational skills including postural control, shoulder/arm strength, coordination, midline crossing, body awareness, and endurance.  Play-based fine motor activities will target wrist and hand strength/stability, finger isolation, finger strength and dexterity, pencil grip, and fine motor control.  Multi-sensory activities will be used to teach shapes and letter formations.  Paper and pencil tasks will be incorporated in order to generalize skills into functional communication.  At home activities will be provided to encourage carry over.

Short sessions: (45 minute duration): $75

Designed with young learners in mind, our shorter sessions offer focused, play-based support in a developmentally appropriate timeframe. These sessions are ideal for building foundational skills in a fun and engaging way that fits little ones’ attention spans.
