Cancellation Policy
To reserve your child’s spot in camp, full payment is required at the time of registration. Because space is limited, we follow the cancellation policy below: Cancellations by Families Cancellations made by May 1, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Anything after is non-refundable. Missed Days Refunds or make-up days are not provided for missed camp days due to illness, vacation, or schedule conflicts. Camp Changes or Cancellation Write Sensations LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a camp due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
